RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Our Return and Refund Policy forms part of and must be read in conjunction with, the website Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change this Return and Refund Policy at any time.

RETURNS

We offer our customers quality products, but if for any reason, such as dissatisfaction or defect, we exchange or refund your order, all to ensure your satisfaction and maintain our transparency.

If the customer is not satisfied with the purchase and wants to return it within 30 days after delivery, we will ask the customer to send the product back to our factory (the full address will be provided to the customer via email). In this case, the customer shall be held responsible for all the shipping fees. After 30 days of delivery of the product, we shall be not liable to accept a return from the Customers.

In case, our customer support team accepts the return of your product. The customer shall be held responsible for all the shipping fees.

  •  The customer must ensure to return the item with its original packaging and all accessories in the same condition as received.
  • All customers must contact laalie.com for approval before sendig or returning any item to us.
  • laalie.com will not be responsible for the returned item without prior notification to laalie.com.
  • Note: laalie.com reserves the right to any changes to the return policy. Any changes will be updated on our website.

DAMAGED PRODUCT
When the product is incorrect from the one that the customer ordered or when the item is damaged, the customer has to send photos or a video within 72 hours after delivery that shows the item is incorrect.

In this case, we will reship a new item and the customer shall return the original product. The Replacement will be made at our sole discretion.
If all the physical appearance of the item is correct, this case will not be included in the free re-shipping policy of incorrect items.
