Shipping information
Please allow up to two weeks from placing your order for UK delivery. This includes preparing your artwork, engraving your jewellery or crystal keepsake and delivering it to you.

Free tracked delivery
We send your finished piece from our workshop in Northallerton, North Yorkshire, using Royal Mail Tracked 48. Standard UK delivery is included in the price of your order.

Please tell us the date before you order. We can check our workshop schedule and confirm whether we can get your keepsake to you in time.

If you are waiting for your piece
If we need a clearer image or an unexpected delay affects your order, we will get in touch and discuss any revised delivery date with you.
If your parcel has not arrived when expected, or it arrives damaged, contact us with your order number if you have it. We will check with our delivery service and help you with the next step.
