A: Fingerprints can be taken using an ink pad, while handprints and footprints can be created using non-toxic children’s paint. We can also work from a clear photograph of a hand or foot. You’ll be prompted to upload your print photo when placing your order.

A: Yes! We can work from clear photos of hands, feet, nose or paw prints. Just ensure good lighting and focus.

A: Most orders are dispatched within 5–10 working days. If you need it urgently, please contact us before ordering.

A: Absolutely. Many customers add a name, date or message on the back of their jewellery.
