Cookie policy

Some cookies keep your basket and checkout working. You choose whether to allow optional cookies when you visit our shop. You can still browse, ask a question and place an order if you decline them.

What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small file saved in your browser. For example, when you add a pendant to your basket and carry on browsing, a cookie helps the shop remember which pendant you chose.

Similar technologies can store information in your browser or read information from your device. We explain their purposes below too.

How to make your choice

On the banner, choose Reject All to use only essential cookies, Accept All to allow optional cookies too, or Cookie Settings to review your choices. Simply browsing the shop does not give us permission to use optional cookies.

You can change your mind at any time. Use Manage cookie settings above, change your choices and select Save Settings. Your new choices apply to future use on this browser.

Essential cookies

Your basket, account and checkout

These help us provide the features you ask to use, protect the shop and remember your cookie choices. Which ones you receive depends on what you do on the site.

Cookie preferences
Our cookie settings tool uses moove_gdpr_popup to remember your choices on this browser for up to one year.
Shopping basket
WooCommerce uses woocommerce_items_in_cart and woocommerce_cart_hash during your browser session to keep the basket up to date. A cookie beginning wp_woocommerce_session_ links the browser to its basket, normally for two days.
Signing in
If you sign in, WordPress uses a cookie beginning wordpress_logged_in_ to recognise your account. It normally ends when you close the browser or after two days, whichever is sooner. Choosing “Remember me” normally extends this to 14 days.
Payment security
Stripe uses device and browser information to help detect fraudulent payments. Its fraud prevention cookies include __stripe_sid (30 minutes) and __stripe_mid (one year). See Stripe’s cookie details.
Protecting our forms
CleanTalk and Cloudflare Turnstile help detect automated submissions. These checks can use browser and device signals when you use a form. See CleanTalk’s cookie information and Cloudflare’s Turnstile privacy notice.

Optional cookies

Understanding visits and referrals

We ask for your permission to use cookies for the purposes below. These tools can recognise a browser or connect activity across pages using an identifier.

Google Analytics
Helps us see which pages people visit and how they find the shop. _ga distinguishes browsers and cookies beginning _ga_ link activity within a visit. Google’s default expiry is two years and may renew on a later visit. Google Analytics cookie details.
Microsoft Clarity
Helps us see where visitors click or scroll and where a page is difficult to use, through heatmaps and session recordings. _clck recognises a browser on this site (normally one year). _clsk connects page views in a recording (normally one day). Microsoft Clarity cookie details.
How an order reached us
WooCommerce can use cookies beginning sbjs_ to link an order to the source of a visit, such as a search or a link from another website. Most last for the browser session. sbjs_session normally expires after 30 minutes of inactivity.
Affiliate referrals
If you follow a Laalie partner’s link, Ultimate Affiliate Pro can use uap_referral to credit that partner if you later buy something. Its standard expiry is 360 days. This is separate from the basket cookie you need to shop.

Clearing cookies or asking a question

You can remove saved cookies in your browser settings. Clearing the shop’s cookies may empty your basket, sign you out or make the cookie banner appear again. If you use another browser or device, make your choices there too.
